I am a clean freak. I take showers after every session at the gym or academy. Due to the insufficient soap products out now, I would still worry about ringworm and staph infection. If I catch one of those, which is common in my sport, it could stop me from training, fighting, and possibly put me in the hospital.

more... I am a combat sport professional and a Jiu-Jitsu instructor. My body is more susceptible to contracting bacteria and fungus from people sweating on me or from the mats.
